Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. From your culture report, gives an impression of wound infection with staphylococcus aureus bacteria. It is usually spread through air.So you should get a good wound toilet by cleaning sloughs and dirt from wound and apply ointments like betadine and have dressings with gauze. You should avoid dust from getting into wound. It should be covered.Antibiotics should be taken to cover the bacterial infection also.I suggest in such case with Co amoxiclav or Taxim o if taken oral.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
