What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

hello sir, my son age 9 year old. This is a chest reprt. Roentgen examination of the chest PA Position A moderately large area of consolidation is seen in the right lower zone. The rest of the lung fields & the c.p.angles are clear. The cardiac shadow, the mediastinum & the hila rea normal Conclusion : Penemonitis right lowe zone Dr. advise medicine Syrup Augmentin DDS 5.4 g/30ml, tablet zifi 100 dt pls suggest me.

Dear; thanks for using our service, I reviewed your question in detail. The chest x Ray showed an infiltrate which means pneumonia. He has been treated with a broad spectrum antibody and should start feeling better within next 48hrs. It takes about 20 days to see changes and improvement in the X-ray so a follow up should be done in 3 weeks.
