What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?
Hi I want to know what is this mean. Hazy infiltrates are seen in the right lower lung zone. The heart is normal in size. Aorta is unremarkable. The diaphragms,costophrenic sulci and bony thorax are intact. Impression: PNEUMONIA,RIGHT LOWER LUNG ZONE. this case is can be possible can be cure..??

Dear;
From description of xray its a case if pneumonia of rt lower zone that too mostly bronchopneumonia.
Pneumonia is very much common respiratory disease and it is easily treated with intravenous antibiotics for 5 days ad than oral antibiotics for 5 days.
It may complicate in breathless or high grade fever which needs to be taken care of.
In my opinion its a case of bronchopneumonia and it is easily curable.
