Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are 2 types of lesions in the chest with a patient of tuberculosis :
1. Active lesions with an infection inside it
2. Inactive lesions following healed tubercles after the treatment

What type of lesion your chest x-ray suggests need regular to follow up of the patient with clinical examination, symptoms, signs and sequential X-ray correlation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
