What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi! I will ask what is this means. I had my chest xray done and this is the result.i dont have cough or ptb .(Suspicious opacities in the left upper lung field partially obscured by overlying osseous structures. An apicolordotic view of the chest is suggested for further evaluation.) thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your X-ray report and I can understand your concerns.

As per your current X-ray,you have an opacity(a scarring or lesion) over the apex(top) portion of your lung. The radiologist asked for another view(apilordotic) to visualize your lung more clearly.
These features generally indicates old and healed tuberculosis or fungal infection. They are generally not an active disease process and no treatment is required in most of the cases.
You don't need to worry regarding this because it seems like a harmless thing most probably. Do a sputum examination to rule out active tuberculosis.
If your radiologist find anything suspicious,you might require a CT scan for further evaluation.
