What Does This Brain Scan Report Mean?

Hello my son had a result for a brain scan he had he has epilepsy 21 years old and has klinefelter syndrome the scan was a telsa 3 it showed foci signal change in supratentorial white matter of non specific nature and slight prominence of ventricular system they have said surgery could be an option can you explain what this is saying please thankyou

It is a result of epilepsy. However, firstly I recommend you to do an EEG and after to decide by the doctors for the surgery.
