What Does This Brain MRI Test Result For Recurrent Frontal Headache Indicate?

Frontal headaches almost daily to down right above ears..2 white spots per Mr I on brain, when headaches are present, cannot handle light. When headaches are NOT present, OR cannot handle much noise, especially in left ear. Left jaw stays tight and crunchy. What optional conditions might these symptoms denote. History of falling on back of head and once a brain trauma from car accident in 2008.

The MRI findings may be related to head injury and are not the cause or effect of headache.
