Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis is as follows:
The physical features of urine- yellow color, transparent appearance, specific gravity of 1.015 and pH of 7 are within normal limits.
A negative protein test, negative glucose, negative bilirubin are normal findings.
The presence of 26-50 WBCs and bacteria are indicative of bacterial infection of the urinary tract.
RBCs can accompany urinary tract infection. 1-3 RBCs do not indicate any serious problem.
Epithelial cells can also accompany urinary tract infection.
Presence of ketones in urine is suggestive of presence of diabetes mellitus or a state of malnutrition or starvation.
This needs to be correlated clinically.
Thus, I suggest you to get an urine culture to isolate the infectious agent causing UTI followed by drug sensitivity to select the appropriate drug effective against the infectious agent.
The normal range for fasting blood glucose (FBS) is below 100 mg%. Kindly, post the units for FBS. The value of 4.55 will be more informative with units.

Thanks and take care
