What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

My husband has mutiple myeloma he just brought his blood work results home. His WBC is 2.2 which is low but is an increase overset week as well as his NEU at 1.03 and LYM 0.59 my concern is his Mono% is 20.10 which is critical high. Ish MCV is also high at 101.0 what does this mean? He just had a tyhyroid test done as it s to high waiting on redultd

Monocytes are large cells with single nucleus. In cell counter plasma cells which are also large cells might get counted as a monocytes and hence showing increased monocyte count. He is known case of Multiple Myeloma and plasma cells are increased in it. It should be confirmed by doing peripheral smear examination.
