What Does This Blood Test Result In The Terminal Stage Of Crohn S Disease Indicate?

I m a stage 4 crohns patient with a daily tpn, but my blood work has been all over the board. My Dr s aren t all on the same page so it s very worrisome. My nurse says my kidneys are showing signs, should I be concerned with the ,mchc being 31.4,Hemoglobin 11.0,Creatinine,serum 0.45,Bun/creatinine ratio 29

* Your BUN / Creatinine ratio is on higher side ( normal being 10 - 20 : 1 )
* This indicates situation with decrease in the flow of blood to the kidneys
from variety of conditions ( more common is dehydration )
