What Does This Blood Test Result For Multiple Myeloma Indicate?

If a person is being investigated for multiple myeloma, and presents with lucent lesions in the cervical and thoracic spine, and the blood profile has a RBC of 4.17, Hgb of 129, Hematocrit of 0.38,muscle enzymes of 197 and serum protein of 1.8, does this support the diagnosis. The results of a full body X ray are pending.

Regarding your diagnosed multiple myeloma with a lab report that showed low RBC HB hematocrit and serum protein with increased muscle enzyme I am suggesting you have developed aplastic Anemia

Yes it supports the diagnosis of multiple myeloma and to confirm this diagnosis please do a bone marrow biopsy
