What Does This Blood Test Report Suggest?

Good evening Doc, I just received my lab blood test result and my Lymphs (Absolute) is High 3.9. The reference shows up to ave. 3.1. May I know if I need medication. The result was just mailed to me Thanks in advance for help and understanding. Good night

as per your query its clear that you are having lymphocytosis, which may be caused by Whooping Cough, Hypersplenism, Sarcoidosis, Infectious Mononucleosis, Drug Side-Effects, Enlarged Spleen
ALL Leukemia, Bone Marrow Suppression. most commonly it is caused by viral infection.
There is no need to panic, as it can be due to viral fever only. But you haven't mentioned the clear blood report, as seeing only lymphocytes count its very vague to come to conclusion.
All I want to suggest that kindly visit a physician to be on safer side.
