Hello and welcome to HCM,
The test report shows Widal test for O antigen to have titers of 1:320.
Titers of 1:320 is suggestive of enteric fever or more specifically typhoid fever.
Titers of 1:80 for H antigen, 1:60 for AH antigen and 1:80 for BH antigen suggests absence of para-typhoid fever.
You need to consult your physician for treatment of typhoid fever.
Mean platelet volume of 11.5 is slightly higher than the normal range.
High MPV is seen in high platelet turn over or increased proliferation of platelets.
High platelet turn over is seen during recovery from infections especially viral infection, bone marrow stress etc.
Please post the platelet count and platetocrit (PCT) for better interpretation of PDW.

Thanks and take care
