Hi
I can understand your concern for the high cholesterol and LDL levels.
Incomplete data like gender, diastolic BP.
Since you are a vegetarian and have a normal body weight (BMI of 24 kg/m2)
and do not take oily food, do not smoke and take alcohol occasionally, you seem to have a family tendency of high cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia). High cholesterol is one of the major risk factors for the development of heart disease and stroke, besides dietary restriction of fats, it has to be reduced by taking medications like Atorvastatin once daily.

Your systolic BP is slightly high, which needs to be controlled by certain life style changes like reducing the dietary salt intake, doing regular exercise, avoiding alcohol in any form (beer/wine, etc).

Hope this helps you in getting the control over the cholesterol and BP.
