Hello Doctor, I am a male of 46 Years and recently got my tests conducted , My Blood Sugar ( fasting) 206 ; SGOT :93 , SGPT:133 ;Triglecrides:224 and Colesterol:220 , I am been consuming livo cetirizine 5 mg for the last one year for some skin allergy . Please suggest whether these raised enzymes can be side effect of this medicine or it is due to alcohol , which I take occasionally. regards

Hello and welcome to HCM,
SGOT and SGPT are high and this can be due to alcohol.
Abstinence of alcohol is required to bring SGOT and SGPT to normal levels.
Triglyceride and cholesterol levels are high.
Exercising and lipid lowering drugs will be required to lower lipid levels.
Blood glucose upto 206 mg/dL is also very high and this indicates diabetes.
Drugs to reduce glucose levels is also required.

Thanks and take care
