Hi welcome to the health care magic

I want to know your full CBC report...

Here hemoglobin level low suggest towards anemia..

Cause for that has to be ruled out like iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, hemolytic anemia etc...

So blood indices also should be known..

According to seeing report and by examination further investigation guided like serum ferritin, TIBC, serum B12 estimation, reticulocyte count etc

According to cause further specific treatment given

Ex.if iron deficiency anemia confirmed than ferrous sulphate tablets prescribed
For megaloblastic anemia b12 tablet or injection given

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind

Hope your concern solved
