General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

High FSH is suggestive of hypothyroidism you may need to increase the dosage of thyroxin.

Nodule has to be evaluated further by an ultrasound, FNAC and clinical examination to assess its dimensions and to check for its resectability. Small nodule can be managed with medicine and wait and watch policy, if it's size increases further or you develop any other symptoms like swallowing difficulty or respiratory distress than it has to be operated upon.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will gladly answer you.

Best wishes,
Dr. B R Hudda
