What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I have a low ferritin(plasma 15.9) and iron level (plasma 8), low vitamin D (18) and B12 (169). I am starting to have neurological weakness to arm (left) and right leg. With an occasional right foot droop. Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, headache lasting 4 days or more, shortness of breath, hair loss.

You will need to be started on vitamin B12 shots twice daily, a moderate dose of vitamin D once weekly and a blood transfusion; please speak to your doctor for the same.
