What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I am 20 years old and had fever on saturday , took meds and all went well untill yesterday when there was fever again. having throat pain. got blood test reopet says lymphocytes 14% and polymorphs 78% and negative on malaraia test. help me with what all meds to take as i need to travel tomorrow

Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
I understand your concern that you need to travel.
It appears from your history and laboratory reports, you are suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection (Pharyngitis). Kindly take the following medications:
1. Talet.Paracetamol 650mg for fever, whenever you have so.
2. Tablet. Azhithromycin 500mg once a day for 3 days.
3. Syrup. Ambroxyl with Chlorpheniramine maleate and Phenylephrine, 5ml thrice a day.
4. You can consume medicated throat soothers like Strepsils as and when required.
Do salt water gargling with warm water followed by chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily.
You should get relieved from the symptoms in about 3 days time.
