General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi..you have diagnosed transitional cell carcinoma which is infiltrating into lamina propria so grading is GRADE 1.
you have not provided MRI SCAN (for lymphnode and metastasis status).
for grade 1.
TURBT itself use as diagnosis and treatment..
but if still tumour part seen CYSTECTOMY and possibly removal of nearby tissues and organs. For men, the prostate and urethra also may be removed. For women, the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and part of the vagina may be removed. In addition, lymph nodes in the pelvis are removed for both men and women.
take care.
