What Does This Biopsy Report Of The Epidermis Indicate?

In layman s terms, ... biopsy of epidermis, forehead, sparse to moderately dense, lymphohistiocytic infiltrate around a few follicular infundibula. Also a perivascular lymphohistiocytic infiltrate around dilated blood vessels in the papillary dermis ... means what?
