What Does This Biopsy Report Indicate?

The results of my biopsy test are: 1. Lower squamous intraepithelial lesion; 2. keratosis and parakeratosis with coilocitos referred to HPV infection and areas low-grade dysplasia epithelii cervicis uteri gradus levis. what does it mean? my HPV test is negative.

This means that even if your HPV test is negative, the cervix is showing the changes and used by human papillomavirus-like changes.
