What Does This All Mean Please. Dilation Of The Intrahepatic,

What does this all mean please. Dilation of the intrahepatic, extrahepatic bile ducts and pancreatic ducts to the level of the ampulla. Slight low attenuation at the region of the inferior aspect of the head of the pancreas over the ampulla need to be excluded. Dilatation of the biliary tree was demonstrated on the ultrasound study of 09/04/2014. Specialist referral and further imaging of the biliary ampulla and pancreas with an MRI scan is recommended for further assessment. The small low attenuation lesions in the liver probably represents cycts which could be confirmed at the time of the MRI scan. There is no evidence of diverticulitis. Large left hip joint effusion. Assiciated calcification in the capsule and labrum. Infection is not excluded.
