What Does Mild Bronchial Dilatation In The Upper Lobes Mean?

Hi, My CT scan shows I have Mild broncial dilation in the upper lobes. What does that mean? FINDINGS: No evidence of interstitial disease. No evidence of emphysema. Mild broncial dilation is seen in the upper lobes. No definite evidence of air trapping on expiration. Grossly unremarkable medistinal, soft tissue and osseous structures. ** IMPRESSION **: Mild broncial dilation is seen in the upper lobes. Otherwise, unremarkable non-contrast high resolution chest CT examination.

Bronchi are the part of the respiratory tree. This finding could be due to inflammation or infection. It doesn't have much more problem.
