Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any other lab tests done?
As per the ultrasound scan report you seem to be having fatty liver.
And the symptoms are suggestive of acidity related stomach issue like gastritis. I would advise you the following:
1. Take proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole one hr before breakfast for 1-2 weeks.
2. Avoid alcohol, smoking, fatty and spicy meals, coffee, soft carbonated drinks.
3. Eat home cooked food, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
4. Do regular exercise, try to reduce the body weight if you are overweight.
5. Get the lab tests such as Liver function tests, Lipid profile, etc done.
Hope the suggestions given above would help in diagnosing your condition properly.
Best wishes.
