What Does This X-ray Report Specify?

Hi, my son had an X-ray result stating, fibrohazed densities are seen in the left lung apex, heart is not enlarge, diaphragm is low set, bony thorax are unremarkable. His taking up clarithromycin 500mg and salbutamol nebule. What was d X-ray result means and is his medication is enough? Coz I find it not yet improving.

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the active kind of disease neither it is the active lesion, condition need to be correlated with the clinical condition for which the x-ray being done, (It has to be mentioned for what x-ray was taken) without the clinical history report can not be predicated well hope this information helps.
