General & Family Physician 's  Response
Reactive TPHA and VDRL tests indicate that you are suffering from syphilis which is sexually transmitted disease. You must have acquired this disease by unprotected sexual intercourse. But you have not written any history about this. But don’t worry. This is a curable disease. Get tested for other sexually transmitted infections.
Advice
1.     Injection Benzathine penicillin G 2.4 million units (Injection Penidure LA 24) intramuscularly once weekly– only 3 injections
Sensitivity test is mandatory before taking injection of penicillin. Tests will become negative after complete treatment.

2.     Investigations
a.     HIV screening
b.     Australia antigen
c.     HCV DNA
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
