General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
The cause of concern is Albumin ++ and red cells 8-10 hpf, pus cells full .
Gentleman may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Urinary tract infection produces pus cells in the urine .
2 Inadequate absorption of protein ( albumin ) sometimes starts passing in the urine , that's why albumin shows ++.
Presence of red cells is also an indication that kidneys are not working properly.
In this cases the main thing ( due to advance age ) is impact on urinary system i.e . KIDNEY (s ) not working properly so get in ultrasound of both kidneys to find out exact nature of disorder .
Also get in urine culture.
Hope this will be useful for you.
Good luck.
