I have to force myself to walk, and it takes me 4 hrs to get dressed and moving, I have stopped doing a job that was high risk and at a police officer level. This was from dec. 2013- August 22 2014. My MRI shows asymmetric right l2-3 disc bulge without central or foraminal stenosis, and tiny central disc protrusion seems healed, and L5S1 mild facet arthrosis. I had an electrical nerve stimulation which showed slowed muscle nerve response, and my left hip gives out sharp pain. I have pain shooting down my left leg and needle sensation in my feet when I lay down. I have my back exercise, I do daily walks, I use K tape, and tens machine: My left leg is the reason sometimes I have to use the electric chair at the grocery stores, but most of the pain comes from my back areas flaring up to the point where I have to lay down and take the pressure off of the disc areas. What can I do to get the pain down so I can have a 40hr work day, and do I need a spinal specialist and or orthopedic surgeon. Thank you.
