What Does This MRI Test Result For Knee Indicate?

my MRI report shows the follows 1. mucoid degeneration of the anterior cruciate ligament 2. degenerative tear ofthe posterior root horn of the medial meniscus b 3.medial and lateral collateral ligament and popliteus tendon strain 4. early medial femorotibial osteoarthritis 5. mild joint effusion. plz tell me what the line of treatment should be. thank you

your MRI report indicated ,moderately damaged knee joint with inflammatory process in the knee.
the meniscal and ligament issues can be handled surgically by arthroscopic surgery which is a minimally invasive procedure, the early OA in the knee is a degenerative process and can not be reversed, with physiotherapy and life style modification you can preserve the knee for a long time, the detail of the precautions and the line of physiotherapy will need to be discussed with your respective doctor and therapist, at that point if you have any queries you can also get it clarified by us
