Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

The findings of the MRI brain scan are showing late changes after injury. In this case effort is to support the person towards a near normal lifestyle. The injured areas of the brain will not recover completely and physiotherapy can help in improving the daily activities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vivek Chail, Radiologist
