Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 51 and Mir shows multiple small perpendicular and subtropical punctuate white matter abnormalities are noted without mass effect . Most likely related to moderate diffused microvascurlar ischemic white matter disease. Moderate diffused invitational changes noted throughout the brain.
These changes can occur with ageing as well with chronic uncontrolled blood pressure etc. Lipid profile as well as sugar levels should also be kept in check. Smoking cessation if any should be ensured.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
