Hello,

Your MRI findings show a normal spine and vertebrae except for a mild bulge at L4-5. There is no nerve compression. So, you don't need to take any treatment as such. The following points are to be remembered:
1) If pain is severe, you can use pain relieving medication like NSAIDs Ibuprofen or Naproxen twice daily for 14 days.
2) To avoid gastric irritation, tab. Pantop is to be taken before food.
3) If NSAIDs can't be used as in bleeding disorders or kidney failure, opioids like hydrocodone, oxycodone and Tramadol can be used.
4) Attending physical therapy sessions and strengthening the back muscles will help reduce the pain significantly.
5) Rest completely during pain phases. Avoid lifting heavy weights, standing for long durations.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
