Hi my name is Ola had a fall sometimes in may last year at work, I developed pain to my right shoulder I requested an MRI to be carried out result came revealing supraspinatus tear. after few weeks I started having in my back with very small pain under my left shoulder MRI was done again of my complete spine result show a some level of dick boulging Now I am having pain my neck which is going down my right hand . How can this be treated

As you have supraspinatus , dick boulging in some level of spine, now you have pain in neck. This is referred pain due to dermatoms. You have to first cure the cause for this it may be supraspinatus tear or any press in spinal cord in spine. For this you have to consult a good spine surgeon and tell about all this thing.
