Hi,

Incomplete data like gender & purpose of doing liver function tests not mentioned.

Based on the results of the given liver function tests, you seem to be suffering from liver disease for which your doctor has prescribed Udiliv 300.

Udiliv (Ursodeoxycholic acid) is a bile acid commonly used to treat liver and gallbladder disease. Your doctor has prescribed right medicine.

The foods and drinks that you should eat to prevent a fatty liver are:

1. Coffee which appears to lower the amount of abnormal liver enzymes.

2. Fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, tuna, and trout are high in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids can help improve liver fat

3. Oatmeal for energy

4. Carbohydrates from whole grains like oatmeal give your body energy.

5. Walnuts (high in omega-3 fatty acids) improve the fatty liver

6. Milk and other low-fat dairy to protect from damag

7. Sunflower seeds for antioxidants (high in vitamin E), an antioxidant that may protect the liver from further damage.

8. Olive oil for weight control and

9. Green tea for less fat absorption

Avoid these foods:

Added sugar such as candy, cookies, sodas, and fruit juices. Fried foods which are high in fat and calories.

Eating too much salt can make your body hold on to excess water. Limit sodium to less than 1,500 milligrams per day.

White bread, rice, and pasta. White usually means the flour is highly processed, which can raise your blood sugar more than whole grains due to a lack of fiber.

Red meat. Beef is high in saturated fat. In addition to modifying your diet, here are a few other lifestyle changes you can make to improve your liver health:

Exercise for at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on most days of the week. Lower cholesterol. Control diabetes. Diabetes and fatty liver disease often occur together. Diet and exercise can help you manage both conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
