What Does This EKG Test Finding Indicate?

Hello; I had an EKG done yesterday and was referred to a Cardiologist due to Hypertension, right cranial (migraine type pain) and Chest pain. The EKG came back as Borderline ECG- Sinus Rythm T wave changes in the septal lead. What does this mean? Nicole

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Nicole and thanks for writing.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best way possible. It would very helpful that you show me the ECG so that i can comment upon the type of T wave changes mentioned here. I hope you understand that it is very difficult to comment without looking at the ECG.
As T wave changes with chest pain may indicate a acute coronary syndrome( there may be other causes too) so I suggest you consult a cardiologist as rightly advised at the earliest.
I find this answer helpful
