I had an ECG and it showed probable anteroseptal infatction,old. I have palpitations sometimes about once every two days. I recently had Blood clot in my leg and just started Warfarin. My test was for pre surgery work up but no one mentioned this. I was going to have knee surgery when I got the clot.

As you had old infarct and this mwans that you have some problem with your coronary arteries .
As you had palpitations you must be having SVCs .
You have to take proper care of your bp and sugar level and lipid profile .
You should avoid tea coffee and fast foods .
Try meditation .
