What Does This D&C Test Result For Vaginal Spotting Indicate?
I m 55 years old and have not had my period in about 2 years. A little over a month ago I started spotting (dark red) so I went to my Gyno. She ordered me a vaginal ultrasound which is scheduled for 1/22/18. But today I started mildly bleeding bright red blood so I m a little concerned. Also in 2013 I had a DNC where the took a lot of nodules.

It is quite common among women in their fifties.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
However, it is better to go for the ultrasound to look for uterine thickening.
