I had a c section on 7 th of this month i had pain on my right side of my obdemen i had a ct scan the Report said 1. Bulky post partum uterus measuring 10.63×6.25×5.68 cms 2.divarication of right side tube and ovaries seen with surrounding inflammatory changes representing salpingo oopheritiis. please explain about thid

Your CT scan report tells that you have infection in the right side of the ovary and tubes. A bulky uterus is a normal finding after normal delivery. Visit your doctor, they will advise some treatment for above complaints.
