What Does This CT Scan Report Signify?

My Ct report says; Residual frontal sinus pattern disease with involvement of the frontal sinuses, frontal recess, and anterior ethmoid air cells (frontal air cells/agger nasi air cells). Nasal septal deviation and leftward nasal spur. I have been treated for 12 weeks and finally had a CT. Will this require surgery in your opinion?
