What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

My mother is 85 years old and had a recent call at home. She hit her head and had to have several stitches. RE did a ct scan of her head and brain and the impression section of the final report states: Intracranial atherosclerosis associated with extensive supratentorial deep white matter chronic microangiopathic changes and age related severe cerebral and cerebellar volume loss. What does this mean and what type of Dr and care so we need to consider for her? What s her prognosis?
