Hi sir My CT scan report as under please advice me medicenc+care Bronchiactasos in both lower lobes with superadded mucoid impaction,lung nodules and pleural thickening I pray for u every time Thanking you a lot Regads Saif alam giligit-baltistan pakistan

Hi Mr.Saif Alam,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
CT scan report states that there is existence of chronic infection of the lungs. The lining of the lungs called pleura is thickened and the lymph nodes draining the lungs are enlarged. Also, the lower lung tissue on both sides has been damaged leading to broncectisis. There is evidence of mucous impaction also.
Kindly consult Chest Physician (Pulmonologist) at the earliest with the report for proper evaluation and management.
