What Does This CT Scan Of Uterus Indicate?

I m 52, post menopausal (age 50) had a CT scan with following: Reason for study: AUB Transabdominal and transvaginal scan The uterus measures 10 X 3.7 cm. The endometrial echo was thin and midline at 6mm. Posterior and slightly to the right of the endometrial echo, there is a hypoechoic nodule within the myometrium 1.8cm, The left ovary is not seen. Within the right adnexa, there was a complex cystic masss measuring 6.3 X 3.4 X 5.2 cm. This is either exophytic from or separate from the uterus. Differential considerations would include a hemorrhage cyst and endometrioma. Other etiologies would be difficult to exclude. Impression: 1. Complex cystiic right adnexal mass. 2. Uterine fibroid

The CT scan says there is small fibroid of size 1.8cm in the uterus.. Left ovary is not seen and right ovary is a complex cyst of size 6.3x3.4x5.2cm which is big enough.. This ovarian cyst needs to be removed laproscopically.. Nothing need to be done about the fibroid now.. Hope I have answered your query.. good day..
