What Does This CBC Report Signify?

my son has high fever from 2 days we took him to dr hegave pcm 1 gr iv and mahacef,dolo.pentakind,azik500 the c.b.p report is haemo-10.9 wbc-4100 neutrophils-89% lymphocytes-09% platelet count-2.0 lakhs salmonella tyohi o h =1;80 dilutions albumin-present+ pus cell2-4/hpf epithelial cell;6-8/hpf pl suggest

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have gone through your report.
CBC is not significant but hb is slight toward lower side.
But Salmonell typhi o h =1;80 have a clinical significant.
It could be a typhoid fever/einfection.

Urine report is normal except albumin. It may be due to high fever.
Generally typhoid fever test give low titre in first week of fever.
You are on the correct treatment of the typhoid.
Repeat the typhoid test after 1 week to know the response of drug and progress of infections.
Other advises:
Bed rest, light diet: roti, khichdi, banana, home made fresh fruit juice.
Avoid outside food.
Maintain hydration by giving plenty of lukewarm water.
