What Does Thickening Of Liver In A Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My abdominal ultra sound showed normal liver size, gallbladder, and normal kidney, and NO fatty liver. However the ultrasound also said some thickening of liver. I also have chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenia. I have no symptoms or pain in the liver. What does it mean to have some liver thickening but normal size and no fatty liver?
