Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
1. The physical characters- color, pH, specific gravity are all within normal limits.
2. Albumin, sugar are negative which is a normal finding.
3 Presence of pus cells 8-12 /hpf, RBCs 1-5 / hpf, epithelial cell few and bacteria are suggestive of presence of infection in urinary tract.

You need to consult your doctor with the report.
A broad spectrum antibiotic needs to be prescribed to clear the infection.
If the infection does not clear by broad spectrum antibiotic, a culture with drug sensitivity needs to be done.

Thanks and take care
