What Does The Target Scan For Foetal Congenital Anomalies Interpret?

Hello madam, I need your valuable suggestion on below report , can you please help us. My wife s last L.M.P was on 31st october.2013 and Now its her 5th month is going on. Her 1st to 4th month sonography report was absolutely normal . On 20 march We had done TARGET SCAN for foetal congenital anomalies and that report impression is as follows 1.Single live intrauterine gestation corresponding to 20 weeks 4 days of estimated gestational age. 2. EDD by USG 3/8/14. 3. colour Doppler evaluation of uterine arteries showing High Resistance to the flows. 4. Reduced flows in the diastole with large diastolic notch. 5. RT UT ART :RI:0.80,PI;1.96.,LT UT ART:RI:0.84.PI :2.24 6. Ductus venosus flows are normal. External Doctor suggested her to take Inj.Heparin A/D for 2 month but Doctor is also confused.because she said that inj can be useful in 1st 4 month only and now not that much of use. My blood glucose (FASTING) ;103.1mg/dl Blood glucose(post prandial);118.2mg/dl my medication is as below tab folvite, tab methylcal, tab raricap, tab Ecosprine..Argine plus sachet . mother horlicks. n for sugar diet control. Can you plz suggest us your valuable suggestion what could be done.

Hi
well your fetal doppler study shows both uterine arteries having high PI values.Diastolic notch in early diastole with reduced flow in late diastole, could be due to PIH and could indicate Placental insufficiency and IUGR.However, umblical and middle cerebral artery should also be evaluated.
