Few loops around fetal neck means umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck of fetus.
There are chances that it will unwind with advancement of pregnancy,so your doctor advised for follow up after 15 days
Even if it doesn't unwind,normal delivery is possible with loop around fetal neck.If it causes fetal compromise then cesarean section can be done.
This condition is not serious at all.
