hello doctor, i am 29 yrs old with height 5 feet 4 inches and weight is 48 kg and my pelvic scan report says uterus: anteverted,mildly enlarged in size 8.7x3.8x5.2cms.normal in echotexture.no focal lesion.ENDO=8mm. ovaries: both ovaries show multiple tiny cystic lesions suggestive of pcod. RO=3.8x1.6cms.LO=3.9x1.6cms. pouch of douglas: no free fluid seen. what this report means,is there any abnormality?suggest me what is further treatment.
