Findings – A small oval shaped nodule measuring 7mm seen in the peripheral zone of the upper part of the right lower lobe.
Rest of the lung parenchyma is clear
No evidence for significant mediastinal lymphaden
No pleural pathology
Suspicious nodule right lungs. In view of patients clinical history of seminoma, metastasis to be considered.
